REVOLUTIONARY BOUNTY LAND WARRANT: State of North Carolina - No 4284. The Honourable James Glasgow, Esquire, secretary To colonel Martin Armstrong, You are hereby ordered to lay off and survey for the heirs of Thomas Adcock, a private, in the line of this state, six hundred fifty acres of land within the limits of the lands reserved by the law for the Officers and Soldiers of the Continental line of this state; observing the directions of the acts of Assembly in such case made and provided--Two just and fair plans, with a certificated to each annexed, you are to transmit to my office within the time limited by law. Giving under my hand at Raleigh the 14th day of Dec. 1796. _____ Kelley is entitled to the benefit of this warrant.
